Update log 12/29/12-1/3/13

Sorry I haven't been making these yet, I should've gotten to it sooner. But here's the update log for this week to come. (will be updated promptly)

[Addons:]
Added drops: Maple Leaf, Miracle Cubes, 7th Anniversary coins, Legendary Coins, Equip Enhancement Scrolls, Potential Scrolls, Nebulite Boxes, and Premium miracle cubes to all mobs drops.
Added NPCs: Meso Exchange Npc (or currency,) so we don't only have a cap of 2.1 bil mesos and storage. Leaf Exchange Npc, so people can exchange their leaves for maple weapons.
Added Drops: ALL GMS-LIKE MERCEDES AND CANNONEER Dual Bowgun/Cannon drops and scrolls.
(This was a very difficult task, but it went much quicker due to the help of my wife, Monica and Kodlak)
[FIXES:]
Fixed NPCs: Fixed the stupid legend's jobber so it doesnt give negative AP
Fixed: a HUGE ASS DISCONNECTING error.


[FUTURE FIXES/UPDATES PLANNED AT THIS MOMENT:] Will toy with the BPQ point rewards a little bit. (Along with the vote point rewards)

WE ADDED VOTING BACK INTO THE SERVER! 3 VOTE POINTS and 12500 NX PER VOTE EVERY 6 HOURS! (THE NPC IS CURRENTLY DISABLED.)
